TRUE ESSENCE
A private journey into the recognition of your essential Self.
True Essence is a private 1:1 journey into nonduality, self-recognition and authentic self-expression.
Rather than trying to become a better version of yourself, we explore what is already here beneath thought, conditioning and identity.
Together, we turn attention toward your direct experience and begin to recognize the simple awareness that is already present—the part of you that does not need to be created, improved or fixed.
From there, we explore what it means to actually live and express your life from that recognition.
Our work may touch relationships, intimacy, desire, emotions, creativity, work, money, decisions, boundaries, self-expression and the places where you still find yourself looking outside yourself for validation or completion.
There is no fixed curriculum.
Each week, we meet whatever is most alive for you and use it as an opportunity to see more clearly what is true.
OUR TIME TOGETHER
We meet privately once a week for 60–90 minutes.
Sessions are conversational and experiential and may include self-inquiry, nondual inquiry, guided meditation, contemplation or simply staying with what is present.
Between sessions, you have access to me through daily Telegram touchpoints. You can share reflections, questions, insights, experiences or moments when an old pattern arises, and I respond with written messages or voice notes.
This allows the work to continue beyond our weekly conversation and become part of your actual life.

The six-month journey simply gives us more time and space for the recognition to deepen, become lived, and unfold through your unique expression.
You do not need to arrive with everything figured out.
You do not need to know exactly what you are looking for.
You only need to feel the quiet sense that there is something deeper to discover.
There is nothing you need to become.
This is an invitation to discover what you already are.
