Truth, Love and Beauty. Body, Mind and Spirit. Together we come into Wholeness, realising our true nature, essence of our being, awakening our hearts to the beauty of our Soul and aligning our bodies into the natural energetic flow and simply enjoy life, because this is what we are here for.
 
You will paint the essence of your True Self, meditate, practice yoga, embody your authentic being and connect with others through the heart, activating the flow of Universal Love.
 
You don't need to be an artist, you don't need to know how to paint. We will open intuitive flow and create from the heart, as well as Anna will provide the guidance along the way.
 
Please note, this is a non-residential retreat. Accomondation is not included. There are many cabins in the area one can rent or affordable rooms. You don't need to have a car if you stay in town and if you want to walk, but if you stay in cabin and would love to have more freedom - it is recommended that you rent a car.
 
All meals will be healthy vegeterian homemade with love and healing nourishing energy. Bread and fikas from the local bakery. Please let us know if you have any allergies. We will have simple brunches, fika and dinners together. Tea, coffee, fruits available all througout.
 
You are welcome to bring your own favorite art supplies, sketchbook to play in your free time. All the nessesary art supplies incliding small sized canvas (40x50cm or 50x60 cm) will be provided. You can take your painting with you or leave it here and we will send it to you by post.
 
There is a lake 15 mins away walking time you can take a swim and rest at, as well as the beautiful lush forest and open fields you can enjoy and meditate at in your free time.

We will have a small and cozy intimate group together, you will create friendships and memories for the lifetime.
 
 
There can be slight intuitive changes to the schedule, but overal structure and offering will remain the same.

About the Space:
It is a house of Art and Love. It is designed in a way to support creative and spiritual practice, there is a big open space studio where we will have our ceremonies, yoga and creative sessions. There is also a big large easel on the first plane that can be used for working onn your art project. In addition, there is a terrace which is super nice to paint on taking movable easels with you outside because the weather is super nice in the summer and the view from the terrace is breathtaling.
 
 
 
Important info:
It is advisable that you have your own car here to get around if you wish to have more freedom to explore, especially if you are going to stay in the country side on your own. If you stay in town -- it is super small and one can walk 30 mins from one side to the next, so you can get around by foot. However, to get the best out of your experience in the local area, it would be nice for you to have a car. There are a few local cafes and coffee shop to go in the center, 3 grocery stores. One can easily get to Hedemora by direct train from Arlanda airport, which takes about 1h 50 mins. Book your ticket via sj.se service.
