Online Retreat 24-26 October "Stillness of the Mind, Fullness of the Heart"

During this immersive Online Retreat from Home on October 24-26 Anna will guide you into the heart of your being inviting you to realise your true nature, your authentic self through a nondual understanding and unconditionally loving presence. 
 
It is an opportunity to take a break and come into full rest in your presence, stillness where shining happiness and love and joy arise naturally and effortlessly.
 
We will dedicate time for contemplation, meditation, stillness, dialogs within our shared being, poetry readings and realisation to recharge yourself and awaken your beautiful heart and the radiant joy of your being. 
 
As October ends and the whole nature sets to rest, we too, are nature and are invited to go within, to slow down and remember who we truly are on a deep and intuitive, visceral level. 
 
Nondual understanding and meditation is not something we practice to become - it is already what we are, and realising this deeply changes our outer perspectives on ourselves and the world. Our whole being relaxes and opens up - now generously sharing itself with others through presence, love and creativity. 
 
Our True and Essential Nature is so pure and beautiful and living it fully makes our lives to become its expression.
