During this intimate Online Retreat from Home, Anna will gently guide you into the heart of your being — inviting you to recognise your true nature and rest in the presence of unconditional love and stillness.
This is an opportunity to pause, to soften into being, and to rediscover the natural joy, peace, and love that arise effortlessly when you rest as your Self.
Together we will journey through meditation, contemplation, silent stillness, dialogues in presence, poetry readings, and shared realisation — a sacred space to awaken your heart and remember the radiant joy of your being.
As December begins and nature turns inward to rest, we too are invited to slow down, return within, and realign with what is most true and essential.
Nondual understanding and meditation are not practices to become something — they are invitations to recognise what you already are. When this is deeply seen, the whole being relaxes and opens — radiating love, harmony, and creativity into the world.
Your true and essential nature is pure, luminous, and ever-present. Living from this realisation allows life itself to express through you as peace, beauty, and light.
