Expressive Intuitive Painting Workshop - HEDEMORA

Experience intuitive painting, connecting with your feelings and expressing them on canvas revealing your true self as it unfolds magically in front of you as an expressive abstract artwork. Let go and just be in a moment, spontaneous and free flowing.
 
Anna will guide you through a process where you will paint like YOU, where there is no right or wrong way to paint, but simply allowing your heart, feelings and body to move you.
 
We will first connect to our bodies with somatic movement and heart through a short meditation moving into the intuitive and expressive painting! 
 
You don't need to have ANY experience in painting. This workshop is for complete beginners to simply let go and connect to your heart and creative flow that lives inside of you.
 
We will use different acrylic techniques, spray paint and collage to play and create and discover for yourself the way you like to paint.
 
What's included:
large canvas
acrylic paint, spray paint, collage
brushes and tools for painting
tea/coffee, fruit, fika
 
What to bring:
comfy clothes that you can freely move in and are not afraid to get into the paint
any art supplies you might already have
journal for reflection
