Take a moment to connect to yourself and let yourself be free and express your inner creativity with intuitive painting workshop and a gentle yoga movement flow! Intuitive painting helps you to try out new things, connect to your heart and body while discovering your inner self, you let it out onto the canvas! Play, create and have fun! We are going to try many different techniques and materials, let ourselves be bold and let go and paint on a big canvas, but most importantly activate the creative flow within that will give you boost of energy and inspiration! We begin with a 30 mins gentle yoga flow suitable for beginners and everyone to connect to our bodies and the rhythm within! And slowly move into an intuitive painting workshop. All materials included. Tea and snacks included. Duration: 3h Cost: 1333 SEK incl VAT
